Hello, I raised a Complaint that my Videocon Set Top Box is not working (Customer Id: 7268816). An engineer came from Videocon and asked me to get my box replaced. I followed his instructions, and paid him INR 400/- for the box to be exchanged.
But now the new box being provided to me today is also not working properly. And I don't understand why am I being charged INR 400/-, when an old fault which I got replaced earlier is again being repeated.
I request Videocon to get the fault repaired and provide a refund of the Charge collected for doing the same task.
