Not picking up call for original marksheet

I am a student of PG college neemuch where I am studying in BBA first year, last year my father passed away and that led me and my family to move back to out Native place Indore because of that I have to get admission in DAVV in my second year of my college and for that I have to get eligibility from DAVV and which needs originalmarksheet of my first year from Vikram university. When I contacted my college for marksheet they told me that I will get my Marksheet from Vikram university and they had no idea of when it will be available in college, for that I try to call Vikram university multiple times but not even a single call from enquiry department was attended.
