Misbehaviour and not giving proper response and transfer the cylinder to another

We have booked thrice the cylinder but in spite of msg that it has been booked thrice it gas not been delivered .once we approached they refused to give details and rather said they have transfered it to another place without our consent and intimation
2)our another friend is having a copy which is closed but they hv refused to give refund of security and told us with misbehave that throw this copy away
Harrasment is tooo.much we have to purcahse a cylinder on higher rate and rest insultby azad gas comaony indane dealer ludhiana
