Complaint against my elder son

Subject- Complaint regarding cheating, fighting, conspiring, threatening and mentally harassment by elder son (Sunil Verma) and his family members.
Respected Sir / Medam,
This is very painful situations created by my elder son (Sunil Verma) and his family members which i am surviving and sharing with you after my husband death, i am Mrs.Shakuntala Devi (70 years) W/o Late Shri Suresh Chandra Verma R/o B-44 Jain Mandir Gali Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.
I have a five children (three sons and two daughters) my elder son named Sunil Verma R/o C-100 near Masjid, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi-110095 involve in criminal activities due to this my husband evicted him from his movable and immovable property on dated 13/10/2007 published in Deink Jagran newspaper.

My husband having two property measured 90 yards at B-44 Shakarpur, Delhi and 250 yards at C-100 New Ashok Nagar,Delhi out of 250 yards 125 yards in the name of my husband and 125 yards in my name Shakuntala Devi.

I and my family member lodged many complaint against my elder son Sunil Verma regarding cheating, threatening and fighting with at Jama Masjid,Shakarpur and New Ashok Nagar Police Station in different dates,but they are not taken any action against my son due to this encourage him, he was creating below circumstances for me and my rest family members.

On dated 17/09/2014 my husband was expired, after death of my husband my elder son started to threatened us for killing us and kid-napping my grand childrens and also told us to involve us in fake cases i.e rape and illegal weapons etc. fear for the above threatens we have decided to gave him 150 yards from our 250 yards New Ashok Nagar property and rest 100 yards property shared to my rest children (2 sons and 2 daughters) equally and we have prepared notarised documents for New Ashok Nagar Property. Shakarpur 90 yards property divided into my rest two sons named Manish and Ashish which was registered at Geeta colony resistor office and all the above original document kept in my custody till now.

My elder son suit a fake case at Karkardooma Court in 2017 against me and my rest sons during this case period he was sell 7 flats with forged documents as original document kept in my custody, he was accepted the above facts in front of Honourable Additional Magistrate Mr Murari Prasad Singh at KKD court on dated 27/04/2019 after that honourable Magistrate penalise him Rs.10,000/- in next court date 16/09/2019,but he was withdraw the case with the fact of shortage of documents. He was also built a Sai Baba temple and a illegal Dharmshala in my New Ashok Nagar property without my permission / knowledge.

On dated 14/10/2019 we have lodged a complaint against him regarding sold out the property with forged documents at New Ashok police station and Delhi Police head quarter due to this he was again start to threaten us for killing and involve in fake cases i.e rape and illegal weapons.

On dated 24/10/2019 we have file a case in KKD court IPC 420 section 156 and we have received court date 03/02/2020 by honourable Magistrate Mr Anuj Sharma fear for the above case Sunil verma gave a ransom money amounting Rs. 2,00,000/- to Prosecutrix for involving in a fake rape case to my younger son name Ashish Verma on dated 08/11/2019 at Kalyanpuri police station but ACP Mr Subodh Kumar and I/O done a tremendous job in this case. They are reviewing the case and take prosecutrix statement after that they were caught a main conspire of this case name Sunil verma and Salman and send them in Judicial custody with U/S 376/328/182/195/211 /120B on dated 10/11/2019.

After the above incident Sunil Verma 2nd wife named Nitu Verma and his Sister in Law named Ms.Archana Verma and brother in law Sonu verma threatening me and my family member if we come in our New Ashok Nagar property they involve us in fake cases. Once we want to entered in our said property to watch our granddaughter in law,both the sisters lodge a complaint in 100 no and they shows to police tear cloths and nail scratching at their body all were done by them. Police official understand the above facts and told them not do again in future. Many criminal minded persons are sitting in my above New Ashok Nagar property and doing here criminal activities. I am very fearful from said activates, request to you please intervene in the above matter and help me.

PREYER:-

I prey to you please review the above fact and take the necessary action against the accused persons Sunil Verma and his family members and help me to take the home back from them to me, I could not want to give them a single pony.
Being a citizen of India and senior women citizen, I am abiding in law and having a great faith in our law please take the necessary step in my complaint.
