Threatening to pay money

Techtom technology gave me the job opportunity and they said to fill 600 forms in 6 days and company will give 18k for 6days . Made a contract (named it as agreement) took my photograph and aadhar card and on the last due date the website was crashing, forms didn't had every info to fill , I had to re-upload few forms twice and according to the contract it is written that the saved documents will automatically go into submit mode after 48 hours but that didn't happened too . So because of all these issues in the website I couldn't submit on time . I informed the company and also the advocate guy . But on the next day I received that my case was registered , FIR number under act IPC 73/74/465 . And the advocate guy started to threaten me either to pay 6500 to cancel the contract/agreement or else he would take it court which would cost me lakhs . If their is a fault in their website & neither of them were ready to listen nor I got any solution in the right time , then shouldn't that be the company responsible ?
At the end I had to pay 6500
