This is to inform you that I am Subir Ranjan Das, residing at Kolkata. I was searching for part time jobs in quikr and applied for so many jobs. Then I got a call from M/s. PV SOLUTIONS, Aurangabad, Maharashtra for form filling job and then they ask me for my address proof. Then they sent me a agreement paper which has opened after OTP sent by them which I have signed by me and also send by Whatsapp my Aadhaar Card photo for address proof for getting the job and they also told me to say yes of all the questions when Verification Department of our company ask you for the job and I did the same. Due to network failure, I had not got their job and then I called the person who called me first from the company. He didn't respond my calls . Today i.e. 13 August 2019, I have seen my email that M/s. PV SOLUTIONS, Aurangabad, Maharashtra is demanding Rs.8,200/- . I have got a notice and call from some Advocate Sudhir Mehta from Aurangabad, Maharashtra and he told case will be file against me. Today I have got email from another notice from Advocate Mane on behalf of M/s. PV SOLUTIONS, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Both Notice from the Lawyer's of M/s. PV SOLUTIONS I have enclosed with email attachment. Advocate Sudhir Mehta has threatened me that I have cheated his client Company. But how I can cheated them because due to network failure I have not got the job. Is it my mistake ? In this way, this type of Fraud companies like M/s. PV SOLUTIONS of Aurangabad, Maharashtra are taking money in every time by threatening general people who signed their agreement for getting the Part-Time Home Based Workload of Data Entry Job and in wrong way they filed case against the general people.

It is my earnest request to you to please take strong action and necessary investigate against M/s. PV SOLUTIONS of Aurangabad, Maharashtra that never they don't harassing or demanding money from General People who want Part-Time Home based Data Entry Job.I will not give any payment to them by fear or etc.

Please do the needful and proper investigate against them and also check this two below attachments of their Lawyers.
