Non receipt of subscription and gifts from readers digest company

I made a payment of Rs.761/ towards annual subscription of readers digest against payment confirmation number 1323611170282..However I have only received one subscription in September only... No subscription copy I received in October and nothing received in August also... Company has promised to send two gifts which they have not sent till 31 Oct 18...
A company of such repute can resort to fraudulent means of making money is incomprehensible...
Kindly provide entire package as promised.. I stay in Kolkata ..My number 8301882027
