Misleading and fake agreement. Money Fraud

I got call from Medikaya Enterprises - Ms.Ananys sharma as Business development manager. She informed me that they are looking for a distributor in Pune. She told us that we have to stock material in Pune and then deliver it to their customer in Pune against which we will get margins. She shared details and agreement to us on our mail of ashokhealthcareservices@gmail.com. On understanding the agreement and conditions we decided to stock their material for their help. Medikaya informed us that we have to pay Rs. 50,000/- against which they will send us the material. We sent them a signed agreement also sent them Rs. 50,000 to their account. Since sending the amount Rs. 50000 NO ONE receiving the phone and not responding. This company is a big fraud. Please help
