Complaint against shine india company regarding job and money Fraud

Shine india company contacted me through quikr and claimed to provide home based job and the registration amount of 2500 is to be deposited for interview process which was refundable after the interview. After giving interview to a person on voice call another person from the same company called and asked me to pay 5000 rs for document verification for job then i realised that this is fake and called of the job and when i asked them for my refund of 2500 they said the amount will be refunded after 45 days and now it's been 52 days no refund and also not answering the call.
