I order 28.11.2019 Fusion5 11.6 tablet but delivered slate pencil with to playing cards.

I ordered a product online in electrooff.in of tablet phone of rs 2849. The website was continousluy giiving advertise in my hello app. I looked and order for the product. When i recived the product i was shocked to see tht i had a toy phone slate and 2 playing cards in it. I called for the mobile number mentioned in the bill [protected]. Its showing switched off from a long time.
Whem i went to website it had contact number for helpline having only 9 digit number. Am unable to return product also as when i booked product it showed can be replaced but website doesnt have any return infromation and nor any helipline number. I request you sir to please help me from thios fraud and look after this fraud companies.I want to return this order but i not contact this fraud company. Am attaching al necessary copies of photos with this complaint. My contact number is [protected]
