SIR I M CINTYA SIMMY FROM JABALPUR IN STARTED A ONLINE FORM FILLING WORK WITH UNI SERVICES THEY MADE A AGREEMENT THAT IF I FAILED TO SUMMIT THE WORK ON 15 DAYS . SO I HAVE TO PAY 5200 AS A PENALITY. BUT AFTER WORKING 5 DAYS I REALISED THAT THIS COMPANY IS FAKED SO I STOPED WORKING THAT TIME ITSELF AND IMMEDEATLY I FILED THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. BUT NOW THEY ARE SAYING ME TO GIVE 11000 PENALITY INCLUDING ADVOCATE CHARGE. AND BLACKMAILING THAT IF I FAILED TO PAY THAN THEY WILL TAKE ME TO SURAT COURT.
But the agreement doesn't have any registration no. Of company.. And they are sending mails again again to pay the amount.. Their advocate mayur joshi is mentally hasrasting me to pay the amount immideatly

    My name is Urmi Puri ,a student from Delhi.
    I worked for an online company yuva work where they gave me 600 forms to be completed within 6 days stating 540 forms should be correct and if i failed to complete the work in tym i have to pay the penalty of ₹6700.
    I worked for them and completed the work
    But they stated forms are not correctly filled and i have to pay the penalty .
    Believing the contract they made me sign
    I paid them them ₹6700

    Now, they are asking me to pay ₹21900 as security deposit, but i denied saying that i dont want to continue the work

    But the advocate mayur joshi is mailing me that they had filed a case against me for not paying the amount and asking me to pay ₹18500 for cancellation .

    Work infinite give me call from work for online .I work & complete all form . The work can't complete 6 days penalty amt. ₹5700 after sometimes I realise frauds by Naseer Ahmed:
