I have lost my Job in Last year due to Covid-19 Pandemic.
I am presently undergoing through a huge financial crisis for the same and hardly manage to maintain my family since last 1 year.
On 09.04.21 Mr. Anurag Singh and his team from shine.com has informed me that they have shortlisted my CV for better Opportunity and Influenced me to buy their products.

They have given me the following assurance and also 100% guaranty about their commitment via Telephone and WhatsApp messages.

Commitment 1:

The will make arrangement in such a way that every week two company HR/Executives will directly approach me for the Interview.

Result: No such service Received

Commitment 2:

Every day their executive will call me and helps me to improve my skills

Result: No such service Received

Commitment 3:

They will provide me a world class service and I will get a job in 7 days and appreciate their services.

Result: No such service Received


As I was hardly required a job on that moment, I was influenced by their commitment
and paid the following amount through their gateway as per their directions over the Telephone.

Before payment they have given me a direct number for further communications.
But immediately after payment they have hardly respond on my calls and WhatsApp messages.
I have wait for one month in the hope that in near future they will be in action. But in one month I realized that I have been cheated by the company.
When I search for their service ratings in google.com ,I have found that I am not the alone, hundreds of others also submit their similar type complaints against this company on online portals. (Links are provided below)
On 10.05.21 I have submitted a complaint on their registered email address and request a refund.
In reply they have denied for any kind of refund.
I have not found any Refund and Cancellation policy declarations on their website home page which is essential for using Gateway service.
But PayU gateway has allowed them to using their service illegally.
So I have made a complaint against PayU gateway on their registered email address.
But they have also not taken any action so fur
Sir, In the last one month I have tried my best to resolve this matter on the table, but shine.com not responding in such a way.
I am, therefor, requesting you to take necessary steps to stop this scammer for further scam and recovered my hard earn money from them.
