Respected Sir / Mam,
My Name is Avinash Sharma, age 18 Yrs residing in Faridabad, Haryana.
In march'19 I had word with EXA Technology guy and they asked me to provide "Adhar Card" for the online part time job. Then they sent me a legal contract with my name at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period I'll have to pay Rs 9000. I went through that agreement and contract which was seems ton be a fake one. I called back them to deny for the work. I informed them i am not interested with such T&C. Then I never looked up that again. Now today on 9th march I got a call from them and they asked to pay 9000 Rs for that project, which I never worked for. i was completely unaware about this clause that it would happen with me as they did all these things without knowledge or confirmation. Please help me out as they are harassing me with their calls & emails for the money. and there advocate give me a dhamki .I am a student and i can't afford the amount. A quick action is expected from my side as I have attached file for the same.
