My name is Prathamesh Prakash Tambe. Few day ago, I had recieved a call from MP service from part time jobs. She told about their company and work. They made an agreement. And give me work for 10 day but I didn't complete that work. After 2 days of working days, I had recieved an email of penalty. As per agreement I transfer their penalty amout Rs. 7900. But after few hours they called me and told me that if i want to continue this work then I have to pay them Rs 7900 for ten months and if I want to cancel that agreement I have to pay them Rs. 12,520. But this is not mentioned in agreement. And when executive called me, she didn't told me that And now they are trying to frighten me. Iam helpless. Please, help me I am a student. I told them but they are forcing me and they told me that if I don't pay 7900 for ten months they will send me hard copy of court notice and I will have to pay Rs. 40,000 to 45,000 in Latur court.
Please Sir/Mam, help me out from this..please
