I have given My Product Car Stereo WX-GT77UI for repair on 21st OCT 2014 through Job Card J42505166. This is still lying at your Service Center but at the site it is mentioned as product handed. The product is lying for want of spares and every time we visit the Office we are asked to wait for a Week. Please help with rectification
