Dear Friends,
I had a25 Karnbonn phone I contacted karbonn they told go to shiva telecom Rajaji nagar Bangalore
I went there shiva it look like very dirty and like public toilet 3rd floor there one bastard thiev his name is
prashanth he took my phone open he stolen some spare part and replaced my battery and he told it 2 hours time.
Then I went again after 2 hour issue is usb not detecting phone is working fine,but that bastard prashanth is telling
your having issue and it work now I asked it was working 2 hours before he saying ok that time working now I do
know I told you only told and check he saying I do not know then he scolding vulgar kannada word and he saying if
if you come again I will attack physically and I am rowdy in kannada you he speaking like slum bastard.
Then complained in karbonn no action taken against him.
My friends told me, shiva telecom rajaji nagar they are fraud and cheaters.
Finally I went out side with same karbonn they told this karbonn battery and internal some spare is missing.
Finally out service center told 2000 inr Require and finally throw phone in dustbin I lost 5900 INR.
Prahanth bastard and shiva telecom cheated me.
Pls Do not go to shiva telecom rajaji nagar Bangalore.
