Delay service of gas cylinder

Dear sir,

I am a consumer of Indane gas customer number 842.
I have booked refill order of cylinder on 13-12-14, refill order number 222297.
I have a complain regarding the delay on delivery of gas cylinder for the same, its not been delivered till the date 06-01-2015 and the agency people are saying you have to collect the cylinder by your own from their godown.

Kindly do the needful as per the government norms they have to deliver cylinder home to home. As we are the responsible customer paying the complete service charge and cylinder charges to the company.
