pending of police verification at aberdeen bazar police station

i have applied for passport on may 2014 from coimbatore branch, but my police verification is pending at aberdeen bazar. Before i was staying at andaman and nicobar, so i have given previous address as andaman address. My file number is CB1067711112314. The problem is in aberdeen bazar police station they are saying they dont have online facility, so they are asking to send the application manually. But in coimbatre branch they are saying its not possible, so please suggest me what to do. Thaking You.
