Worst & Fraud Employer

The management is run by Karthik Shetty, Balaji Shetty, Gopal Asrani, Devi, and no one is available for communication. They are just sitting quietly so that employees will leave the company on their own. The company is not at all trustworthy. They only want to extract maximum work from employees, and after that, they are not bothered.

Of course, they provide us with job training and provide coffee and tea during office hours. The lunchtime is also very late and only 1/2 hour, but the confirmation letter states 1 hour. It is all ok, but the way management treats us after March 2020 is terrible and pathetic.

When I visit the office, I find all new employees working there. When asked why they are not calling us back, there is no reply from MD Karthik Shetty or HR Head Devi.

I pray that good sense prevails MD Karthik Shetty, and he retains all old employees. Now, what is the career scope for us?? Why is management silent on taking back senior employees? Is this the trust they were building in the last few years??

During work from home every day, there was an online meeting held through Skype. The MD will continuously tell us that the management is very much concerned about all employees. Now there is no news from him. Even Gopal Asrani (Service Delivery Manager), who is our Manager, gave all false commitments. Whatever he told is 100% Lies.

Karthik Shetty 100% Fraud. He has ruined our career. We have nowhere to go but again start our employment process from the beginning. There is no news about the experience certificate. They are holding all the original certificates which they took before the appointment.

From June 2020, there is no communication from Devi or Gopal or Karthik Shetty. Plus six months no salary. Also Balaji Shetty got married in August. When management is not having any money to pay employees how they can arrange a grand wedding is very surprising.

My only advice to anyone looking for an opportunity in Trans GNX HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not to give their original certificate to the management and not trust them. They will provide adequate job training, but when it comes to working culture, it is terrible. You cannot trust such a company.

The management is employing Freelance HR Recruiters and is trying to get all our jobs done through them. I once heard from Gopal Asrani that they are planning to recruit 350 Freelance HR Recruiters who will work for Trans GNX, and we will be providing all support to them. They want to show the corporate world that they are having more than 300 employees.

Most important for new person trying for a job here, you will not get salary on time. Every month either Karthik Shetty or Gopal Asrani will make announcement that client has not given the money so salary will be delayed. We generally get salary paid on 20th.
