My self sahid resident of asansol paschim burdwan...as a youth secretery in paschim bardwan area of all india human rights..i want to give the information to my dear highh level officer of sbstc esplanade bus stand...plz come and see the misbehaviour of your ticket counter staff.i went there 10 august 2020.firstly i said to the person vey respectively plz sir can u tell me when i will get te bus of asansol...and the person who sat inside the windowhesaid ..i dont know..and after 1.15 pm there is no busfor asansol..after some time..i hearedthat bus willbe comesure..i agan go to the counter in avety long que...inside of all persons of sbstc staffs behavior are verybad...plz look the matter otherwse my lawyer will betake te action agains ticket counter persons
