I,NazibulRahaman Shaikh, S/O -Abdul Selim Shaikh,of Vill+PO- Hapania, PS-Purbasthali, Dist Burdwan PIN- 713512, beg to report to you that a Delhi - based franchisee, Osiyan School of Business Management and Animation took Rs 50,000 from me for my B.E.d admission in Singhania University . They convinced me that BEd form it is valid and its name is in the NCTE list. But I found Singhania BEd College instead. They convinced me that it is the same institution. A few months later, in reply to my inquiry, RD, NRC, NCTE Jaipur emailed me that Singhania B.Ed. College recognised by NCTE, duly affiliated with Rajasthan University, Jaipur is valid. About Singhania University conducted B.Ed. programme is not approved by NRC/NCTE. So I demanded my money back . But OSBMA is unwilling to do so. Now they want me to take that BEd certificate which is of no use in my career. Their office address at present is: Amba Tower, 6th Floor, Office No 604, DC Chok Market, Rohini Sector 9, New Delhi 85.
Mr. Pramod Rampuria is the DG, and Mr. Paras Rampuria is the founder and President of Osiyan School of Business Management & Animation. Their official website is: www.osbma.in . Their contact numbers are as follows: 9212309713/ 9212309715/ 9212309717. I deposited the amount in their official bank account through NFT. Their bank account details is : Osiyan School of Business Management & Animation, Bank of Baroda, A/c No- 27200200000436, Branch- Rohini Sector-9, IFSC Code- BARBOBLYROH
So, I shall be grateful to you if you kindly take proper action against the franchiser and help me get my money back.
