Overpriced course with false claims

I had purchased 5yr DAMS postal course(MD/MS) (vide :BIL/000475165070 paid by credit card to DAMSDelhi.com) for Rs 50,000/- in 2013(16-08-2013) after being told over the phone by the institute representative that the difference between the 5 yr course and 2yr postal course(costing Rs20,000/-) was that revised material would be sent every year .
Now I am receiving material every year that I now understand, will be outdated by the time I am eligible to give my PG entrance exam in 2019 ,so I am at a disadvantage despite paying a huge sum and should have been suggested to buy the package later on at a lower price . Also the material that the institute claims to be "revised and updated " every year is an eye wash and that the same facts and figures are printed in the material over the years despite there being major changes in standard textbooks which are used as reference for compiling the material.Such major negligence on part of the institute costs medical students many marks and a seat of their choice .

I want the difference between the two packages of 5yr and 2yr courses to be refunded back to me as I have no added benefit from the same.
