Sub: Not refunding my fees, Complain against IMIRC Sahibabad Ghaziabad

Respected Sir,

            Please take this letter as a complaint from my side. I have complaint against Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer (Founder & Chairman IMIRC Group of Institutions, 79/80,Radhey Shyam Park, Sector-5, Rajendra Nagar Sahibabad, Ghaziabad U.P).Now he is running IMIRC College of Law, Vill-Bhaina, Post Bhaina, Ghaziabad.(Affiliated by Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut).

            When I was looking for admission in M.Phil course,  Dr. Rajendra S.Tomer informed me that required course can be done through IMIRC Sahibabad Ghaziabad. He demanded and took a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Fifty Thousand Only, receipts attached) towards fees for M.Phil course (Rs.10,000/- in 15.12.2011 & Rs.40,000/- in 29.06.2012.) But he fails to honor his commitment. He does not give me admission, even though he has taken Rs.50,000/- for admission fees. I request him regularly by personal meetings, calls & SMS  to refund my fees, but he makes excuses every time. He always promised me that fees will transfer in my bank account, but I didn’t receive money in my bank account till date 04.11.2015. He cheated me, he is avoiding to returning my fees, now he stopped receiving my calls, he blocked my mobile.no in his mobile. When my wife called him to request for fees refund, he threatened her that “don’t call me again and again”, he also told her that “I am advocate, I will erase all your documents & records, and you can go to any UGC or Police Complaint Centers and they can’t do anything”.

            Now 4 years have been passéd away still he is keeping my hard earned money and not refunded my fees, I want my money along with interest. Not only myself,  many other students also being cheated by Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer (Chairman IMIRC Sahibabad Ghaziabad). I can submit their fees receipts and details, if required. Please stop to Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer to playing with the student’s career.

            In view of the submission contained in the preceding paragraphs, the complainant most respectfully prays to the Hon’ble Forum to direct  Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer to :-

(a)Refund fees of Rs.50,000/- along with 12% interest from the date of receipt of admission fees.

(b)Pay a sum of  Rs.20,000/- towards the physical stain and mental agony suffered by the complainant and his family members (compensation) .

            I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. Please take appropriate action on Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer (Chairman IMIRC Sahibabad Ghaziabad), so that I can get back my fees of Rs.50,000/- with interest.

            For more detail I am sending photocopy of a letter sent to Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer along with fees receipts and photo copy of phone calls & SMS details.

Sir he is not pickup my phone, when my wife called him again on 17.11.2015, he threatened her again, He is literally shouted on her, “you have been complained against me to Chaudhary Charan Singh University & Consumer court, now I’ll not refund your fees, go and get back your fees through University or Consumer Court, I am an advocate and I know all the process, I will file FIR against you.”

Sir please help me to return my fees Rs.50,000/- with interest as soon as possible,and instruct to Dr.Rajendra S.Tomer to stop playing with the students career. I shall be highly obliged to you.
