Not Getting Original Certificate of P.G. Diploma Material Management

I, Hari Kishan (Roll No. 0331400164, Reg. No. 033M15115F00283) am a student of P.G. Diploma of Material Management of Annamalai University (Distance) Tamilnadu. I have passed the exam May, 2015. I have sent Demand Draft No. 003716 dated 18.09.2015 drawing HDFC Bank for Rs. 1,450/- (Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty only) in favor of “Controller of Examinations, Annamalai University” as examination fee on 19.09.2015 and same received by university on 22.09.2015. As per the bank record, it has already been credited in university account on 09.12.2015.

I have sent a lot of reminder to send the Original Certificate. After one year the situation is same. No one is taking action.

You are requested that look into this matter and arrange for the same.
