Non receipt of pass and provisional pass certificate Annamalai University

My enrolled to annamalai University's BA program. My enrollment no is 1800650280. I passed 3rd year in year 2014. But till date have not received my certificates. I work in defense and can't visit Chennai to collect it myself as I I am posted in goa. I have sent several representatives on my behalf, written emails, contacted telephonically, faxed request letter with my postal address but received nothing. To one of my email I got reply that my certificates are being sent but I received non. I asked them to give me postage details so that I can track it but was not replied.

For last two years I am doing nothing with my futher studies as I don't have the certificates. I kindly request you help get my certificates. I have lost lot of previous time and money but it seems that all is wasted.
