Grievance regarding the wrongful termination /Discrimination(on the note of Bihari)

Respected sir,
With due regards and humble submission i,Vivek Ranjan is here by representing myself in front of you my Highness with extreme grief/Pain/agony and feeling myself molested and harassed in every perspective from my previous employer as mentioned in the subject(Shivalik Mercantile Co-operative Bank Ltd) .
1) As the matter of fact being a prominent and super productive employee for my bank and has won several accolades for the esteemed bank i have been wrongfully terminated(Dtd:- 08/03/2018) from the employment just because i have raised my voice regarding the wrong happening in the bank since demonetization, as i being a whistle blower in the context that during the demonetization there was no documents taken from the customer while exchanging of the old notes and rather collecting commissions from the customers by one of the branch employee(Mr.Dharmendra Gupta) as at that time i was new to the organization inspite of that i have informed regarding the same to my reporting manager(Ashish Mehra) who even informed the same to the respective Cluster Head(Vivek Kansal) but no action was taken and the things where buried then and there as this gives a belief that other senior people who are being informed are themselves amalgamated in this crime.

2) As i am writing everything in details as the root cause of my wrongful termination can be known and the clear picture of agitated colleagues and seniors can be seen that how they have made a cartel and has ruined my career, as from that very day my juniors who were the vintage employee in that branch started getting agitated day after day as asked by me to strictly follow the core compliance of the bank and in this context lot many times i have informed to my reporting manager(Ashish Mehra) and the respective HR(Sumeet Garg) but no actions were taken rather told to me that “This is a shop and not the bank where in such procedures or core compliance need to be followed, as you are new slowly you will come to know” .

3) Moreover it was informed to me that writing too much here is not good as this can create adverse effect as there is no hearing in this bank w.r.t any perspective i was surprised but being a professional banker i have not left writing and several times i have pointed out the mistakes of my colleagues w.r.t procedures and core compliance and i have followed circular as Geeta/Bible and Quran and so my juniors were agitated by me and moreover i was the only top performer in the branch so these people were also getting agitated by my performance as i have even won the “GOA & Malaysia trip because of my superlative performance.

4) Being a regular whistle blower in my branch as one day i came to know that the credit officer (Saroj Kumar)who is involved in proceeding loans for the customers in our branch is illegally taking money from the customer for their loan approvals, i have informed the same to my reporting but the things where taken lightly and later i was told that the money is getting distributed amongst all the officials(CH/BH/CO),as i have got a impression that the things are not inclined towards me, as the matter of fact the branch most of the cases are getting NPA as the customers are not ready to repay back the loans and the recovery person cannot recollect the same as he has provided money to the branch officials.

5) I was regularly discriminated in the branch some time on the face and sometimes at my back that this Bihari is very reluctant and inform every internal things like (Fraud/immoral activities/not following the procedures and the core compliance)to the reporting managers but as these people were convinced that nothing is going to happen to them as proved at several occasions (Demonetization/money for loan) and so forth.
