    Dear Sir
    as per News Paper Advertisement i have send my filled form and fee rs 500/ to Maharshi chakra Chikithsa Sansthan address. but i have not received and information form reserch sasnthan side and no refund my Fee but they have already mention in advertisement if not selected "Fee are Refundable".
