This complaint is against SINGH ACADEMY of JABALPUR (MP) whose franchisee i joined named DHYEYA IAS. They refused to give me all the facilities entitled within the fees of 10000 rs i.e. FAN, proper lighting, projector, AC as the room is damp and suffocating. I was not told that this will not be provided to one person. All i know is that i have the right to get what i paid for. I was ill-treated for availing the facilities that i deserve withing the amount i paid. Eventually when limits crossed, i and mother approached the Head but even he argued with us trying to prove himself correct and behave as if he did not even get an air of what is going on around. It seemed as if he himself wanted me to discontinue. Good enough, his wish is fulfilled cos i do not want to end up ruining my mind everyday. I rather study at home. He did not talk that nicely to my mother as well who is double his age. ALL WE WANT IS JUSTICE. We will never forgive the receptionist DAMAN and the head who misbehaved with sensible and well educated ladies. JUSTICE will be done if you help us getting the refund. I have a father who is bed-ridden and paralyzed. We are a middle class simple family. We do not deserve this. We are average people who are from Army background, we do not lavishly spend money like this. I would have joined the foundation if only i could afford but good that i came to know about the nature of these people, i will never step into their compound now. This is very disappointing.
