Respected Dignities,

I'm writing this complaint against Santhome Public School (CBSE Affiliated) located in Mumbai,Thane Distrcit in Mira road.

I approached the school for my son's admission in First Standard and paid them Rupees Forty Thousand (40,000) as a admission fees or Term fees.

The school management did not show right discipline or behavior in front my son thus we were forced to remove him from Santhome School and put him in his old CBSE school which is Seven Square Academy.

The matter arises from here as Santhome School is denying to refund us back our admission fees of Forty Thousand rupees (40,000) considering the fact that my son only attended Santhome School for 4-5 days.The school authorities are not addressing our emails & phone calls and the Principal is not willing to meet us to discuss anything further about our hard earned money.

Respected Sir/Madam,

We belong from a lower middle class family and work hard to get our child the best of things and losing such a big amount is out of our scope.

I would sincerely urge & request you to kindly look into the matter and help me get justice by getting my money back from the school.

    My name is Shiv Chand my son is studying in 2nd in Jesus Merry high school bhayandar East Thane Mobile number of school( 8692890043). Last month I m not able to deposit fee .so they charge me 5rs per day .I think it's a highest interest rate in India

    Queen Mary High School in Mira rd is not issuing Leaving certificate for my child as we ate changing the school. My son attended only 2 days after school reopend in June. I tried to give an application for LC in June but the school management refused to accept my application and forcing me to pay entire term fees which goes upto Rs 8000.
