Good Morning!

We have applied for New Meter connection on 5th DEC’15 after multiple follow-up/complain and visited the Hisua (Sub division). The meter ( Meter NO: S275363 ). I have raised online complain (COMPLAINT_NO : 1003015416). After that I was able to see my bill on (SBPDCL) portal.

Bill Date :16th Feb’2019
Meter Reading : 1236 (wrong reading for six months)
Bill Period : 13-03-19
Bill Amount : 6933.00

I have re-opened the complain on 16th Mar 19 to get the hard copy of the bill deliver to home address and I haven’t received it yet, but I was able to see another bill on (SBPDCL) portal.

Bill Date : 16-03-2019
Meter Reading : 741 (Right meter reading)
Bill Period : 10-04-2019
Bill Amount : 7319.00

The above conclusion would attract lawsuit against me due to negligence by SBPDCL, therefore, I request you to please provide me the appropriate bill without late fees and request you to deliver the hard copy of the bill to my address every month. I would be grateful.
