Sir even when my father was away from village and house was locked for more than three months, I m being charged more than my neighbour's who are living permanently in village. Please acknowledge through the franchise man who seems to be charging units as per his will. You can call the last six months bill and you will come to know. If my complaint is ignored I will take it further because why should I pay more than what I have consumed. Please inquire and ammend.
