have deposited the amount of Rs 1500 as advance so that my meter may not get disconnected. I am not residing in my house regularly house from 9/10/2019 , I was completely away from Shimla during the year 2020. I came to Shimla on 23 August 2021 and stayed there till 12 sept 2021 , in the month of October, 2021, I was there for few days.
Presently I am am not residing in Shimla from 2nd November 2021 till date. I was surfing from typhoid from 8th November 2021 onwards I am super senior citizen and have health problems , I cannot travel very frequently to shiml When I have not used any electricity in the period mentioned herein then how can a bill for consuming 96 units for Rs 278 be endorsed to pay. The unit consumed as per the previous bills pdf download from HPSEB are

August 2021 Unit- 0 bill amt 52
September 2021 Unit-30 Bill amt 82.98
Oct/Aug 2021 Unit-. 29. Bill am 98.06 November. 2021 Unit. 04. Bill amt 57.24
December 2021 Unit. 06. Bill amt 61.43
January. 2022 Unit. 96 Bill amt 278.54

Eventually I have reasonable apprehension looking into the previous bills, that some error has taken place while noting down the meter reading in my account or else other miscellaneous error has occurred while generating the current bill

Therefore it is requested to look into this matter taking note of this complaint kindly rectify the error in the bill.
