Wrong billing and fraud in bill generation, NBPDCL electricity bill online

Dear Sir
I used to pay NBPDCL electricity bill online for my consumer ID: SW154807 and Account No. SIW23217/SW154807.
But from past few months I found many discrepancies in my bill and bill generating process by yours organization which is listed point wise as below.
1. How bill for the month can be generated in the mid or before mid of same billing month.
2. All my village consumers including me were charged fixed monthly electricity bill i.e Rs. 178.00 (Approx.Rs.180.00) per month.
3. The May bill was Rs. 981.40 and from June to September (4 months@ 180.00) bill will be approx. Rs. 720. So total bill I have to pay genuinely from may to till September will be approx. Rs. 1701/- where as I paid total Rs. 2141.00 which is still extra payment made by me but unfortunately my September bill I viewed online today (2nd October 2017) showed further due amount Rs. 902.64/- (Please refer table)


4. Most objectionable thing which I found for your online bill generation is that I paid Rs. 800/ on 25/09/2017 and your system showed bill fully paid till 1st October 2017 but today on 2nd October I found online bill for September which was generated on 20/09/2017. How it can be possible??? Please refer screenshot below. This seems to be not fare as once bill has been generated on the system it will must be reflected on with due effective date.
