Please assist with my query with regards to an amount of 63065.60 which is reflectring on my power bill

29-11-2016 i was paid 137.00 whitch was the full amount due there was no out standing amount

now i received another bill showing of amount 63978.47 on bill ID 141634498

10-09-2017 i went to electricity department Darbhanga to query than departemetn syas i must pay 2047.00 to settle my account which i did paid

But on the receipt still shwoing KEPT AMOUNT 64817.24 witch make me worry
what do i need to do to resolve this issue
