I am resident of Buddha vihar colony, In the phulwari sharif area in front of BMP 16 cantonment. Here power supply in this area is in severe condition and every day 7-10 hrs of power outage happen. No service ... They don't answer phone calls ... Customer care number is not reachable... @ South Bihar electricity board.. you are pathetic service provider ... And your management is pathetic than your service.
