Power cuts and charging for not using electricity

NBPDCL is not providing electricity properly but charging an average of 30 rupee a day from middle class families and farmers, I’m from a small village in Chapra east called Salimapur Village Marhowrah Block. There are constant power cuts they are barely providing one to two hours of electricity and charging a monthly bill of 293 rupee, there are days when we have to go without electricity for days on a regular basis. Please take action.
