Regular power cut more than 24 hours

In my area the electricity is worse..more than 24 hours the power supply is cut without any notification. The powerhouse man prabhakar whose number is 8400640233 will never response properly and misbehave so many times for asking him the reason behind powercut.. sir please sort out this problem as soon as possible
