Greetings,

Directly says to all who works in electric board department , This is the reason U. P never grow because of careless work, already sent 2 times complaints, but no any action taken , who allowed to cut electricity for 8 hrs in day, please see the Delhi how there CM works in water and light
I will definitely write the letter to our CM .
