Regarding low voltage issue

Sir,
We are request to you that we are from ward no 27 , bandikui (Tiwari mohalla) Dausa, Rajasthan. we are facing low voltage issue continuously . In our house voltage comes only 180- 200 Volts .and supply cable candition is not well. Due to damage cable supply voltage became low .all colony face this problem very long time . So all equipments not working properly. And many time we have had complaints against this issue. But no action has taken about this issue. So i humbly request to you that plz look into the matter immediately.
