my eiectric meter didnot give reading but whenever first day of month came gave some irregular reading.my electric board meter is not working properly .it is behaving strangly.it wouldnot record units for a month and during first of the month it would jump to highier value instantiy.because of this i recently got bill of 3500rs.while units consumed were very less.
