Sir/Madam,

I Sudarshna Kumari W/O Sh.Girdhari Lal aged 55 years now living in H.No. 3037 ward No.13, Lambi Gali kharar. Bought this house on 10 Jan 2019 from Rajni Bala D/o Sh. Baldev Singh Mobile no 8847277054. & Neelam Sharma W/O Sh. Inderjit Sharma R/o 1501 sec 42 Chd, mob. 9988781233. And both the ladies who sale this house to me clarify that all the electricity ,sewerage & water dues were clear till the 10th Jan 2019, they mention this in house registry also that there is not any kind of burden on this property e.g. electricity, sewerage & water. we shift here on 10th Feb. 2019 & on 16th Feb 2019 some personal of electricity department came and disconnect the electricity and removed the electricity meter and say that out standing of the meter is Rs 190,000 /-. My problem is that who will pay these dues? Why they did not removed earlier? We take query from electricity department they said that last payment was deposit 21st March 2015 after that no payment is deposit than how it is possible that department did not check outstanding of this house. 4 years are quite long period we ask this question from Electricity SDO also than he replied that I don’t care you pay this bill only then we will issue you new meter. Sale parson Rajni bala says that this outstanding is not mine & I will not pay any amount to anyone. We are living in this house from one month & we are new in this area, we don’t know any one, we are from middle class family we spent all the savings of my life for buying this house & even take a huge loan amount from bank also. Now my hands are empty I don’t have money to pay this bill. I, my husband &daughters are living here with a 1 year kid. How we will manage? We are helpless. You please help us. Every one speaking with us rudely no one ready to listen us. Electricity department was in sleeping mode from 4 years. Now these ladies and electricity department torture us mentally.
Note: - who will responsible for the loss of this amount? This is not a small amount. It can be an annual income of any person, Rs 20, 0000 /- is quite high amount.
I request you please help me to take new connection of electricity with new meter and recover the pending amount from old owners of this house I hope you will take an immediate action on this matter because our small Innocent kids are also suffering from this problem.
