Regarding consumer id-400498655 Area urban nbpdcl bihar. Dear sir, I have been nbpdcl customer since decades and they have been constantly sending me wrong and more than my consumption bill since February 2020. I want to let you know that in my family there is only 2 members are there. Also, I don't have any big electronic equipment like-Refregeratior, Washing machine, cooler, motor etc yet they send me the bill of 3200 during February. That time a fought a lot to reduce it but they only reduced few 100s from that. They again repeated the same mistake this time, They sent me the bill of 2800 within 3 months but it shouldn't be more than 2000. I even registered complaint at there office but they didn't take any action against my complain, they even misbehaved with me.. For your convenience I'm attaching my current bill, kindly take action to my Complain. I want to let you know that I'm very poor guy and my father passed away few months ago and it's extremely hard for me to earn money during this covid situation. Kindly help me as soon as possible.
