AS PER MY USAGE MY MONTHLY BILLS HAVE BEEN IN THE RANGE OF Rs. 6000 TO Rs. 7000 PER MONTH. BUT THE PSPCL HAVE CHARGED THE BILLS FOR MORE THAN Rs. 10000 AND UPTO Rs. 16000 A MONTH. I AM RUNNING A MICRO UNIT AND SUCH HEFTY BILLS HAVE ADVERSALY AFFECTED MY UNIT AND THERE IS ACCUMULATION OF OVERDUES DUE TO OVERCHARGING. ALSO PENALTIES ARE IMPOSED IN ADDITION TO THE NORMAL CHARGES. ALSO I HAVE TO CLOSE THE UNIT DUE TO DISCONNECTION. SUCH A SMALL UNIT CANNOT BEAR HEFTY CHARGES. MY ACCOUNT NO. IS 3002894910 IN THE NAME OF PARKASH SINGH SITUATED AT 661, STREET NO. 3, DASHMESH NAGAR, LUDHIANA.

I COMPLAINED TO CHANGE THE METER. AFTER REPLACING THE METER THE MONTHLY BILL IS Rs. 4125/-. SO THERE has been OVERCHARGING IN THE PREVIOUS BILLS WHICH NEED RECTIFICAION TO ENABLE ME TO PROCEED FOR PAYMENT. SO THIS IS PLEADED TO GET RECTIFICATION OF BILLS.
