i want to inform that i had paid a electricity bill with rs 10760 through sydicate bank but the trasanction has been declined but i amount was deducted from my account with transaction id

therefore i made a another transacion thought hdfc bank and bill was paid through hdfc band with transaction id
NHDF6684151119

when i contact with syndicated they inform me that transaction of amnt 10760/-was positively done

i request u to refund my amnt which was deducted twice
