I Sonal Ajit Khair , consumer n. 000296162558 , received excess bill of Rs 8550 for month july 2018 , our average unit usage of 250 unit
i was checked last two months bills
meter reading was
june month start reading 17903 and end reading also 17903 ,ie unit used 0 then too they charged for 305 unit,
july month start reading 17903 and end reading 18955 ,ie unit used was 1052 ,
that shows your meter was faulty
i checked till date reading showing 19055 , that means last 10 days i used only 100 units , which tally with my average unit
kindly look into this and give me a corrected bill
