my name is sandeep babar my consumer number is 275460002663.last month bill is 450 .same bill came for the current running month even billing unit is zero house status is locket.complaint done they are sending sms with executive name garad but he is not taking phone.please solve my problem and adjust my bill with service charges.service centres are not solving problems
