i am BHARAT SINGH , i have a BSES RAJDHANI Connection my CA Number-102713439.my payment 10000RS. in three month bill pending i am not submitted bill because this bill is more hike. i have not idea this amount very large for me i am labour. sir please help me sir this amount very large i am not submit this bill
