dear sir we r consumer of nbpdcl chapra west.my consumer no.is 401257052.we r suffering very low voltage problem from two monthsthere are two phase available in my colony but one phase is now permanently dead.we can't slept in night due to low voltage.our excutive engineer is not pickup our phone.
therefore we request all concern officers to solve our problemA quickly.
