Inflated Electricity Bill

Electricity Board Complaint Complaint Date: December 30, 2020
I have been paying electricity bill around 1000 Rs per month year on year where as i am not even staying in the house and no one lives in the house. Now suddenly this time for Dec 2020 the bill has come around 75000 Rs . And after i went to electricity department they say pay around 25000 Rs after there calculations .

See my grievances are below
1 How come electricity bill has been coming around 1000 Rs for each month from years
2 How come electricity department generated a bill of 75000 Rs for Dec month 2020
3 And how is it possible that after auditing my electricity bill is coming as 25000 RS
4 I have done multiple complaints but no one has addressed

I have done enough running here and there but i am not getting any satisfactory responses
This type of corruption must stop.
