Sir ,

I am quite surprised to recieve such a heavy electricity bill for February month ,Eiether there is fault in meter reading taken or the new meter is faulty .
So I request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter reading confirmed .

I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with provisions to the satisfaction of your customer .
